摘要: Various methods of sampling and analyzing intestinal fluids have been applied over the years. In this report, data that published to date about composition fasted-state human fluid (HIF) its physicochemical properties are summarized influence used generate is discussed. Key physiological parameters include pH, buffer capacity, osmolarity, ionic strength in both fasted duodenum jejunum. Furthermore, bile salts phospholipids small intestine addressed terms qualitative quantitative with respect different types degrees hydroxylation salts. Taurocholate, glycocholate, glycochenodeoxycholate were identified as main Lysolecithin was predominant phospholipid species HIF because enzymatic degradation lecithin. Together other surfactants, such cholesterol free fatty acids, acids on surface tension evaluated. A good working knowledge all above-mentioned important optimize biorelevant media, a view improving prediction vivo dissolution release performance drugs dosage forms.
