摘要: ABSTRACT Introduction Taking into account that Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder (HSDD) is a patient-reported symptom and the disorder in general result of interaction biological psychosocial factors (see part 1), it necessary to provide healthcare professionals with an operating procedure patient centered multidimensional. Aim Describing patient-centered multidimensional standard diagnose manage HSDD on primary care level. Methods Review literature. Semistructured interview description process. Result The interactive process follows several steps: initiation, narrative understand individual profile disorder, differentiating questions, descriptive diagnosis, exploration conditioning biomedical, psychological, interpersonal, sociocultural (including biomedical examinations), establishment biopsychosocial comprehensive explanatory which can be summarized nine-field matrix.
