摘要: Sexual medicine has become an integrated part of womens' health care. Physicians need therefore communication skills to talk about sexuality with their female patients and a knowledge models human sexuality, classification systems, diagnostic therapeutic concepts processes. The reaches from clear description the sexual problem exploration conditioning factors. These can be differentiated into biological factors, intraindividual interpersonal psychological factors sociocultural effective as predisposing, precipitating maintaining process is based on several steps. basic step consists in psychoeducation counselling. Therapy usually includes combination pharmacologic intervention (hormones, PDE5) specific psychotherapeutic techniques (sensate focus, cognitive techniques, couple counselling).
