摘要: A reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic (RP-HPLC) method was developed to analyse and purify carthamin, safflor yellow (safflomin-A) the precursor of carthamin. red pigment similar carthamin extracted from cell suspension cultures safflower (Carthamus tinctorius L.) as an application biotechnology. The RP-HPLC used characterize unknown pigment. Various spectroscopic methods were purified Based on these spectral observations, it concluded that produced in cultured cells differed although might be a glycoside. From other possibility anthocyanins carotenoids also discounted. It assumed lacked biosynthetic pathway they possessed activity enzyme mediating synthesis precursor.
