摘要: Recent observations indicate that several stem cells can differentiate into hepatocytes; thus, cell-based therapy is a potential alternative to liver transplantation. The goal of the present study was examine in vitro hepatic differentiation adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal (AT-MSCs). We used AT-MSCs from different age patients and found that, after incubation with specific growth factors (hepatocyte factor [HGF], fibroblast [FGF1], FGF4) CD105+ fraction exhibited high ability an adherent monoculture condition. AT-MSC-derived hepatocyte-like revealed liver-specific markers functions, such as albumin production, low-density lipoprotein uptake, ammonia detoxification. More importantly, cells, transplantation mice incorporated parenchyma liver. Conclusion: Adipose tissue source multipotent be easily isolated, selected, induced mature, transplantable hepatocytes. fact they are easy procure ex vivo large numbers makes them attractive tool for clinical studies context establishing dysfunction.
