摘要: Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and forest Degradation (REDD+) is critical in efforts to mitigate the effects of anthropogenic climate change. Despite uncertainty about exact form a future, international REDD+ system, carbon property rights would need be created allocated with liability assigned for potential loss benefits event reversal deforestation.
