摘要: Abstract The effectiveness of mycorrhizal colonisation four fungal isolates different origin was tested in roots Festuca rubra L. and Plantago lanceolata cultivated on three zinc waste substrata toxicity. F. showed a much better survival rate than P. . varied between the introduced. highest values parameters were found inoculated with Glomus claroideum strain originating from industrial waste. Arbuscular richness, assessed stained for viable structures, demonstrated to be most sensitive parameter, showing statistically important differences plants, artificially those colonised only by indigenous fungi. This parameter also useful compare concerning their toxicity, results viability tests correlated well “availability” heavy metals.
