摘要: Resume Les applications du doppler dans l’exploration de l’appareil urinaire se sont considerablement diversifiees au cours ces dix dernieres annees. Il peut etre utilise le diagnostic des affections vasculaires pediculaires et intrarenales, certaines nephropathies, l’evaluation tumeurs renales la voie excretrice telles que lithiase, l’obstruction aigue ou encore reflux vesico-ureteral. progres technologiques recents developpement agents contraste ultrasonores en ont sensiblement ameliore les performances.
