摘要: Our purpose was to test the feasibility and optimization of contrast-enhanced gray-scale harmonic sonography for evaluation focal renal perfusion defects in an animal model.We performed arteriography on six anesthetized piglets after embolization each kidney with autologous clot through main artery. Harmonic images were obtained continuous (30 Hz) ECG-triggered acquisition. The two strategies compared respect number conspicuity devascularized areas, correlation made arteriographic findings.Contrast-enhanced showed areas absent or diminished vascularity that corresponded closely seen angiography.
