摘要: Within Calypogeia fissa, two subspecies connected with geographic distribution are formally recognized: C. fissa subsp. in Europe and neogea North America. Isoenzyme studies have shown that the European is genetically differentiated composed of three distinct groups PS, PB G. The PS group has most distinctive morphological features, but no diagnostic traits been found for sequence characterized amplified region (SCAR) markers developed on basis ISSR markers, applied study, allowed delimitation all distinguished within complex (PS, G). also revealed genetic differences between American subspecies. Five primer pairs (Cal01, Cal03-Cal06) six studied useful as tool identification particular from complex. examined SCAR showed was distinct; it differed both G well neogea. All plants determined isozyme loci a longer product (380 bp) Cal04 pair than rest yielded amplification products Cal03, Cal05 Cal06 primers. Cal03 remaining groups, since only generated PCR about 290 bp. four were supported by DNA sequences marker Cal04.
