摘要: Objectives In countries with ageing populations, home care (HC) aides are among the fastest growing jobs. There few quantitative studies of HC occupational safety and health (OSH) conditions. The objectives this study were to: (1) assess quantitatively OSH hazards benefits for a wide range working conditions, (2) compare experiences who employed via different medical social services systems in Massachusetts, USA. Methods recruited survey agencies that employ schedule their visits clients, through labour union directly by clients or families. questionnaire included detailed questions about most recent visits, as well individual aides’ experiences. Results population 1249 (634 agency-employed, 615 client-employed) contributing information on 3484 visits.
