摘要: Abstract Resolution enhancement in linear time-of-flight mass spectrometry is demonstrated for a new technique, post-source pulse focusing. The relatively simple procedure followed to perform focusing described including discussion of the need choose proper experimental conditions. A resolving power ca. 1500 m/z 228 demonstrated. Finally, equations are presented which allow electric field conditions necessary optimum be estimated instruments with wide range instrumental configurations.
