摘要: We report on a study of shape effect the flux guide (FG) reader output at an ultrahigh recording density, using micromagnetic simulations. A FG with sharp, protruding reading edge is ineffective in magnetization reversal but less susceptible to adjacent track interference. By acute, tapered angle and elongated spade shape, reversible can be achieved amplitude readback signal improved. The findings indicate that tailored for effective control magnetoresistance data storage density hard disk drives.
