摘要: This study attempted to contribute standardization of blood testing in sport, and investigate the effect artificial dilution with saline. In 10 healthy, physically active males 3 healthy females hemoglobin (Hb), hematocrit (Ht), % reticulocytes (%retics) were measured at different time points look for possible fluctuations during day time, while subjects had regular coffee breaks lunch. 7 a separate experiment 500 ml saline infused around 8 am Hb, Ht, %retics before every hour thereafter until hours after infusion. addition Ht was on hematological analyzer as well centrifuge. tourniquet duration Hb studied 9 subjects. The results show that are stable from 4 pm, but infusion induces an acute decrease within one (Hb decreased 15.2+/-0.9 g/dl 14.5+/-1.0 g/dl, 45.6+/-2.8 44.0+/-2.5 %). decline maintained 7-hour observation period. values same samples centrifuge not different. Application did significantly affect only two minutes, remained rest 5-minute tourniquet. With sport these have be taken into consideration.
