摘要: Background Pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms are a heterogenous group of rare tumors whose natural history remains poorly defined. Accurate prognostication pancreatic is essential for guiding clinical decisions. This paper aims to summarize all the commonly utilized and recently proposed systems published in literature date. Methods A systematic review Pubmed, Scopus, Embase databases, period from January 1, 2000–November 29, 2016, was conducted identify articles reporting on neoplasms. Results total 23 were included our review, 25 classification identified. There 2 modifications World Health Organization 2004 criteria, 4 2010 American Joint Committee Cancer staging system, 3 European Neuroendocrine Tumor Society 2006 tumor, node, metastasis 7 novel categorial systems, continuous classifications. The most variables age, size presence distant lymph node metastases, Ki-67 index, mitotic count. Conclusion Numerous have been neoplasms, which used presently include criteria two by Commission Cancer. However, continue evolve with time as more factors More validation comparative studies needed effective system.
