摘要: Effect of nano-packing combined controlled atmosphere (CA + NP) on postharvest physiology and biochemistry Gynura (Gynura bicolor D.C) was investigated during 20-day storage at 0C. The results showed that the CA + NP had a quite beneficial effect physicochemical sensory quality compared with (NP) or normal polyethylene packaging (CA). After storage, decay index increased to 8.97% for CA + NP, 9.23% NP 9.64% CA, respectively. Relative leakage rate, O2●- production MDA content were significantly inhibited. Meanwhile, effectively reduced activities PPO, enhanced enzymes POD, CAT SOD. These indicated could provide promising alternative extending life improving Gynura. Practical Applications Gynura, Chinese herbal medicine, has also been used as food substances throughout Asia centuries. Since main pharmacological composition it not determined, fresh demand increases gradually. However, is limitation market acceptance, this study given an experimental evidence Gynura. Furthermore, these materials have advantages simple processing industrial feasibility in contrast other storages, some which are time-consuming costly.
