摘要: It was established that stable colloids of graphitic carbon nitride (GCN) can be obtained by relatively mild heat treatment the bulk material in aqueous solutions tetraethylammonium hydroxide. The contain particles average size 40-45 nm with thicknesses 6-8 nm. band gap colloidal GCN (3.45 eV) is significantly larger than Eg (2.82 as a result spatial confinement charge carriers. characterized strong photoluminescence emitted broad spectral range maximum at 410-420 and quantum yield 21%-22%.
