摘要: Thermal treatment of graphitic carbon nitride (g-CN) in aqueous solutions tetraethyl ammonium hydroxide at ∼100 °C yields transparent colloidal retaining stability a CN concentration up to 50 g L−1 and upon dilution by factor 103. Atomic force microscopy showed that the major part particles diluted are characterized lateral size around 30–50 nm thickness 0.3–0.4 typical single layer. Besides, small fraction multi-layer 2–5 thick g-CN with ∼60 is present solutions. Photoexcitation near edge absorption band results emission strong broad-band photoluminescence maximum 460–470 quantum yield 45–50%.
