摘要: Heterogeneous conductance of individual pores on a porous membrane was studied with four-electrode scanning ion microscope (SICM). Application potential difference across the resulted in migration ions through nanopores, where subsequent changes were measured by nanopipet positioned above nanopore as change pipet current. Current responses single-pore membranes and within multipore examined demonstrated variations current rectification (ICR) ratios due to small differences pore geometries.
