摘要: This article evaluates the explanatory capacity of national models migrant integration, through a comparative analysis regulation Islamic headscarves on one hand and civic integration abroad policies other hand, in both France Netherlands. It argues that models—defined as historically rooted conceptions nationhood, polity, belonging—matter because they enable constrain framing policy problems. However, impact outcome is determined by political institutional context which decision-making takes place.
