摘要: Local invasion from the primary tumour is first, although not a sufficient step in formation of metastases. We have developed an experimental model which spheroidal aggregates malignant cells were used to study vitro (Mareel et al., 1979) and vivo (Meyvisch Mareel, 1979). Using this aggregate it was found that growth separate activities (Storme 1980).
