摘要: Methods of study tumour invasiveness in vitro were investigated using the interactions between malignant virally transformed C3H mouse fibroblasts (MO4) with fragments from embryonic chick heart. Invasion MO4 cells into heart tissue could be demonstrated all threedimensional cultures. On contrary, seeding on top a monolayer did not mimic invasion. Precultured more suitable for early phase invasion than freshly cut ones because they presented healthy well-delineated borders. Aggregates prooved suspensions or amenable to quantitation, traumatized treated enzymes during harvest. They allowed precise control initial site contact tissue. The nature culture medium predominantly affected growth population. This factor influenced pattern quantitatively, but alter invasive capacity itself. In cultures adhesive substrates interaction and was complicated by fact that both also interacted artificial substrate. Shaker appeared better comparable static aeration so delayed central necrosis.
