摘要: The capacity of cells to form growing tumor-like colonies in culture was tested by a new and unlaborious suspension technique. Six nine cell lines formed spheroids, five which started grow. spheroids reached maximal size determined balanced gain proliferative, superficial layer death, particularly at larger depth.
