摘要: Methods currently used in our laboratories to analyze the invasive and metastatic capabilities of cell populations vitro vivo are as follows: confrontation clusters or cellular aggregates with fragments embryonic chick heart organ culture; implantation cells aggregated collagen sponges under renal capsule syngeneic mice rats; s.c., i.p. i.v. injection suspensions s.c. immunodeficient animals. Qualitative quantitative techniques, mainly morphological, score for invasion metastasis. These methods cover various aspects multi-step process metastasis from ‘natural’ tumours. We discuss here those that influence experimental results determine relevance these situation.
