摘要: A new method of time lapse filming has been developed for the investigation organ cultures. This reveals 3-dimensional structure living tissue. In Paper I interaction non-malignant fibroblasts and macrophages with natural membranes is studied. These cells spread on mesothelial epithelial surfaces membranes. The cell exhibit ruffled movements glide smoothly over surface normal tissues without penetration layers.
