摘要: Abstract An investigation of the M 23 C 6 carbide (M = metal atom) precipitation induced by ageing at 550°C and 700°C in AISI 304 stainless steel was performed using Small Angle Neutron Scattering (SANS) Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). Coherent scattering cross section curves were obtained for differently aged samples from which total surface volumes precipitates per unit volume sample determined. The size distribution function each time. SANS results are satisfactory agreement with localized TEM observations.
