摘要: The purpose of the present study was to examine efficiency correcting a Class II, Division 2 malocclusion using completely customized lingual appliance. In 18 consecutively completed, patients, correction upper incisor inclination, deep and distal bite were assessed by means plaster casts, digital lateral cephalograms, intraoral photographs taken at time debond. Furthermore, two independent calibrated examiners determined weighted Peer Assessment Rating index (PAR Index) initial end models. All patients treated successfully: inclination palatal plane as reference improved on average from 95.4° 111.2°. reduced 3.6 mm 1.7 mm. Neutral occlusion achieved in all who had undergone an initially pronounced (4.5 mm average).
