摘要: The interactions of Bromophenol Blue (BPB) with bovine serum albumin and γ-globulin in acidic solutions were investigated by a spectrophotometric method. It was considered that the electrostatic force is main binding force, color change during combination due to transformation dye species free form into bound basic as well bathochromic hyperchromic effects conjugation. formation an isosbestic point absorption spectra explained based on new consideration about solution equilibria. Two conditional constants, apparent constant maximum number, defined express ability certain protein under given set conditions, two linear regression equations derived determine these parameters molar absorptivity dye. Scatchard model not appropriate treatment data obtained here. factors which influence sensitivity assay discussed, Sandell index used detection. found sodium chloride concentration acidity have significant effect BPB assay.
