摘要: Previous work showed that 20-hydroxyecdysone activates the fat body of Sarcophaga peregrina larvae to incorporate storage protein selectively from hemolymph. In this study, receptors membrane which were induced on pupation or treatment larval with in vitro identified. The binding its receptor required divalent cations, especially Ca2+, and was very sensitive pH. inactivated when treated trypsin. is probably a it may be synthesized de novo cryptic form converted active concentration hemolymph reaches physiological level.
