摘要: A colorimetric portable setup was developed for remote UA measurements using a smartphone-based application to demonstrate its use in point-of-care testing. Quantitative and affordable health diagnostics is rapidly evolving field nanostructured materials the detection of various disease biomarkers. The uric acid great importance identify many syndromes avoid relevant complications. Herein, selective, sensitive, quantitative on cellulose fiber strip citrate-capped platinum nanoparticles (PtNPs) as nanozyme reported first time. reduction method followed synthesize PtNPs (8–10 nm), which were characterized UV-vis spectroscopy, XRD, TEM determine their properties. Morphological characterization substrate performed FESEM. having circular shaped head 8 mm diameter, pretreated with PVA, TMB + H2O2, PtNPs, respectively. In presence (enzyme catalytic activity), acted hydrogen donor reduce giving bluish-green color substrate. provided wide linear response from 0 mM samples, results indicating downregulating activity PtNPs. calculated LOD 4.2 ± 5 μM achieved showed till 7 terms observation. conclusion, sensing system could be potentially applicable physiological range urine samples.
