摘要: OBJECTIVE To examine whether workplace social capital improved after implementing a intervention in community health centers China. METHODS This study was conducted 20 of similar size Jinan China during 2012-2013. We bivariate Difference-in-Difference analysis estimate effects. RESULTS No statistically significant observed at level; increased capital, its dimensions 1.0 (p = 0.24), 0.4 (p = 0.46) 0.8 (p = 0.16), respectively. CONCLUSIONS comprehensive seemed slightly improve urban level. High attrition rate limits any causal interpretation results. Further studies are warranted test these findings.
