摘要: Abstract Fullerene C60 can be grafted onto polyisoprene chains by γ irradiation in n-hexane or toluene. The resulting polyisoprene/C60 nanocomposites easily recovered from the solutions and have been characterized electronic absorption Fourier transform-infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy. spectroscopy clearly shows that undergoes addition reaction macroradicals formed radiolysis. FT-IR supports grafting of on additionally it acts as a sensitizer for partial cis–trans isomerization monomeric units. Relatively high levels lead polyisoprene-based nanocomposite to crosslinked gel. thermal behaviour has studied thermogravimetric analysis (TGA-DTG). It is shown radical adducts are thermally reversible regenerate free during pyrolysis under N2.
