摘要: Abstract The creep deformation at the crack tip of ice crystals was investigated by etching and replicating techniques. Extensive occurred in a specimen subjected to 5 hours Mode I loading, spread throughout specimen. At tip, an etch pit-free zone observed which could be interpreted as dislocation-free or tertiary zone. Accordingly, either elastic highly damaged exist front tip.
