摘要: Sintered CdS films with various thicknesses and electronic properties have been prepared by changing the coated thickness sintering conditions. All-polycrystalline CdS/CdTe solar cells fabricated coating a CdTe slurry on sintered in an attempt to optimize conditions of film whose role is be window as well front contact for cell. Optical transmission shows maximum value 25 m thick when were at 650C lh nitrogen whereas optical observed 15 600C. The highest 12 which was 560C. Electrical resistivity less than l -cm. Solar efficiency 11.2% all-polycrystalline cell that film.
