摘要: We propose a symmetry breaking scheme for QCD with three massless quarks at high baryon density wherein the color and flavor SU(3)_color times SU(3)_L SU(3)_R symmetries are broken down to diagonal subgroup SU(3)_{color+L+R} by formation of condensate quark Cooper pairs. discuss general properties that follow from this hypothesis, including existence gaps gluon excitations, Nambu-Goldstone bosons which excitations diquark condensate, modified electromagnetic gauge interaction is unbroken assigns integral charge elementary excitations. present mean-field results Hamiltonian in between modelled induced single-gluon exchange. find order 10-100 MeV plausible values coupling. effects nonzero temperature, masses instanton-induced interactions on our results.
