摘要: The partial oxidation of methane was carried out using new catalysts obtained by calcination and reduction Mg/Al hydrotalcite-type precursors, containing Rh, Ni or Rh/Ni. preparation methodology ensured high dispersion the metal activity in methane. To study activity, reaction autothermal conditions investigated IR thermography to monitor surface temperature. This technique made it possible thermal profile catalytic bed gas/solid heat distribution, following its changes with residence time reagent concentration. Furthermore, allowed diffusion limits be estimated as a function initial ratio between total temperature found very dependent on catalyst composition controlled oxidation. For reforming reactions outlet compared data at equilibrium, calculated all conditions.
