摘要: a b s t r c The Rh/Ni interaction in bimetallic Rh/Ni/Mg/Al hydrotalcite-type (HT) derived catalysts for the catalytic partial oxidation (CPO) of CH4 was studied modifying preparation method. conventional incor- poration both Rh and Ni by coprecipitation (CP) HT precursors compared with addition chemical vapour deposition (CVD) to reduced Ni/Mg/Al HT-derived catalysts. Two load- ings were selected (about 8 2 wt.%), whereas content kept constant (0.18 wt.%). Ni- Rh-monometallic prepared as reference materials. resulted an increase reducibility dispersion CP CVD cata- lysts. stronger catalysts, while ones overspread either on support or particles, preferential latter. loading, regardless incorporation method, main factor determine formation growth metallic particles. CO-DRIFTS spectra revealed that dispersing effect more evident samples lower Ni-loading. small amount yielded higher conversions, especially low containing wherein Ni0 avoided. All activated during tests at high temperature reduction hardly reducible species. strongest inter- action better performances carbon resistance towards particle sintering.
