摘要: A new solid-phase extraction procedure for the determination of cocaine and some its metabolites in brain tissue, using high-flow co-polymeric sorbents is reported as a substantial improvement on our recently procedure. The recovery cocaine, norcocaine cocaethylene was excellent reproducibility extraction. use allowed easy tissue without need time-consuming lipase digestion, regardless sample viscosity or physical nature. these columns provided many advantages over more commonly used solvent extraction, including an increase speed efficiency, reduced operator time, disposal volumes exceptional extract quality. successfully applied to rabbit brains spiked with benzoylecgonine, cocaethylene.
