摘要: The yeast two-hybrid system has been used to identify domains of the Newcastle disease virus (NDV) phosphoprotein (P) involved in self-association and interaction with nucleocapsid protein (NP). Deletion analysis was map domain(s) P P:P P:NP interactions. C-terminal 45 amino acids (residues 247–291) were shown play a major role both Comparison these findings other reports suggests that paramyxoviruses are different respect between two essential viral proteins genome replication.
