摘要: A canopy light-interception model for a Populus stand is presented. To the canopy, new approach based on fractal geometry used, which allows simulation of three-dimensional (3D) radiation regime in heterogeneous canopy. Based both and set growth development rules trees grown under short-rotation intensive culture, 3D crown architecture submodel developed to generate individual tree frames stand. The temporal spatial variations leaf area are taken into account dynamics submodel. Coupling with frame results distribution Diffuse direct light computed each layer using radiative transfer model. intercepted sunlit shaded leaves summed find instantaneous interception by daily seasonal total estimated Gaussian numerical integration over daylight period growing season, respectively.
