摘要: Objective: To investigate the synergistic inhibitory effects of wogonin (WOG) and chemotherapeutic drugs on growth gastric cancer cells tumor xenografts. Methods: The IC50 values WOG, cisplatin (CDDP) paclitaxel (PTX) in four cell lines were determined by MTS assay. Hoechst staining median effect method Chou-Talalay used to assess apoptosis interaction two drugs, respectively. BGC-823-derived xenografts nude mice established WOG combined with vivo . Results: CDDP PTX inhibited BGC-823, MGC-803, MKN-45 HGC-27 a dose-dependent manner. or synergistically all vitro . In lines, synergisms between shown when fraction affected (Fa) 0, >0, >0.65 >0.10. From results experiments using xenografts, low-dose showed better efficacy than either drug alone. percentages weight 61.58%, 20.29%, 22.28% for combination, WOG-alone, PTX-alone groups, Notably, displayed very high toxicity. Conclusions: A was observed xenografts. These findings provide evidence design clinical trial test combination human cancer.
