摘要: We have analyzed the modifications in tench (Tinca tinca) retina after complete cryo-elimination of proliferative growing zone (PGZ), which participates continuous growth throughout life fish. By using immunohistochemistry and electron microscopy we demonstrated that, lesion, degenerative regenerative processes take place PGZ, ciliary zone, transition located between PGZ central retina. After 120 days postlesion, was completely regenerated its composition similar to that control animals. Numerous PCNA-positive cells reappeared new ganglion were formed. In numerous also appeared. These are arranged, on occasion, as columnar units from inner outer nuclear layer where rod precursors progenitor cells, respectively, located. The Muller closely associated with these units, appeared use them guides migration during process. Notably, occurred whose acquired characteristics cells. precursors, appear participate actively regeneration PGZ.
