摘要: Abstract We have recently shown that the dramatic reduction in linewidth of many deep luminescence centers highly enriched 28 Si can lead to observation isotopic fingerprints, revealing not only a specific element is involved defect complex, but also number atoms element. This has led surprises regarding actual constituents supposedly well known centers, as discovery new members family four-atom where be chosen from Cu, Ag, Au and Li. Obtaining fingerprint problematic, since 197 stable, we now used relatively long-lived 195 reveal presence, number, several these centers. find series containing one plus Cu and/or Surprisingly, reveals five-atom single Further evidence for ubiquity four- defects provided by two previously observed Pt-related with at 884 777 meV, which are present samples due decay Pt. In addition Pt, found contain three four atoms, respectively.
