摘要: The present work is an attempt towards understanding the effect of sintering parameters on various morphological, electrical and piezoelectric properties (K0.48Na0.48Li0.04) (Nb0.96Sb0.04) O3 (KNLNS) ceramics. We first synthesized powder composition from raw materials by using a conventional solid-state reaction method followed high-energy ball milling. sample was then sintered under conditions with temperatures ranging 1050°C to 1090°C durations 2 h 3 h. ceramic samples so obtained were characterized for properties. density found increase significantly within narrow temperature range, but tended decrease when slightly exceeded optimal one. Also, merely reducing duration while keeping constant, we observed enhancement in ceramics about 10% ~ 20%. room-temperature dielectric constant (eRT), electromechanical coupling factor (kp) charge (d33) vary parameters. study reveals necessity striking strict balance between period order improve microstructural, such containing highly-volatile alkaline members.
