摘要: Abstract In this study, two different bismuth sodium titanate (BNT) based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics, BNKBT-5 and BNKLBT-1.5, were fabricated their nonlinear behaviour compared. The ac field dependent properties of both materials investigated. An analysis the changes in real parts parameters (e.g. stiffness, permittivity electromechanical coupling coefficient) loss factors have been determined by model fitting complex material can be found. Under a high field, BNKLBT-1.5 behaviour. This characterization is necessary for using ceramics power transducer applications.
