摘要: ABSTRACT This paper presents a stepped horn transducer based on lead-free piezoelectric ceramics. A two-step titanium has been bonded to Ba0.95Ti0.95Sr0.05Zr0.05O3 (BSZT) ceramic disk. The is promising candidate for design mainly due its efficacious mechanical amplification. strontium and zirconium doped barium titanate prepared in disk-shape poled thickness direction. When an AC voltage applied the electrodes of driving disk, piezoceramic disk produces radial ultrasonic contractions expansions. transforms amplifies deformation into axial vibration tip. At resonance, significantly enhanced, displacement tip measured near resonance frequency compared that produced by PZT driven transducer. Finite element modeling conducted determine mode f...
