摘要: From sowing till emergence of the fourth trifoliolate leaf, beans were exposed for seven hr a day to four ozone concentrations in open-top chambers: filtered air (FA), non-filtered (NF), plus 30 ppb (NF+) and 60 (NF++). Controls ambient open plots (AA) also available. The free polyphenolic pool first leaf was systematically investigated using HPLC. groups phenolics which three main chromatographic signals belonged identified as hydroxycinnamic acid derivative peak No 1 flavonoids peaks Nos 4 6. metabolic regulation phenolic accumulation could be recognized different clusters based on specific patterns that reflected some tested atmospheric conditions. comparison AA NF conditions revealed ‘chamber effect’. FA atmospheres gave rise almost same equilibriums dominated by (about 53% total phenolics). Ozone addition associated with regular reduction percentage 1: about 40% NF+ 19% NF++. Therefore, significant decrease vacuolar storage this compound (from 23 mg g-1 dry weight 3 NF++) can regarded useful tool monitoring long-term exposure elevated concentrations.
