摘要: The objective of this work is to investigate tolerance and adaptation photosynthetic pigment system various horticultural plants impact ozone UV-B stress. Three experiments were carried out in phytotron complex at the Laboratory Plant Physiology, LIH. It was investigated such concentrations – 120, 240 360 μg m first experiment. Plants affected with 1, 3, 5, 7 9 kJ day doses second Third experiment intended for radiation, where 80 4 during period. main effect 280 8 UV-B. subject research radish, tomato pea all experiments. In there studied apple, apricot, peach, plum trees strawberry. Chlorophyll content decreased leaves pea, pomes fruits strawberries no negative radish when concentration increased. apricot apple rootstock 62-396 chlorophyll significantly only higher concentration. Pigment even lowest dose radiation did not have on amount leaves. third determined, but chlorophylls a b ratio slightly after Only reacted effect. repeatedly same factor. increased radiation. Obtained results show that depends genotype intensity
