摘要: Relations between science and policy concerning many issues (e.g., health, energy, natural resources) have been changing worldwide. Public pressure to resolve such complex often controversial has resulted in policymakers implementers seeking better knowledge on which base their decisions. As a result, scientists become more activity engaged the creation evaluation of policy. In this paper, authors summarize literature experience how Canada, Mexico, United States approach integration policy; describe some apparent barriers lessons; they suggest that may prove fruitful for discussion future collaboration.
