摘要: Schwann cells in the peripheral nervous system wrap around large diameter axons to form myelin sheath, that contains one axon. also small Remak bundle, many axons. Neuregulin-1 (NRG1) type III binds cell plasma membrane ErbB2/3 receptor regulate morphological changes of cells. Herein we provide data on effect NRG1 knockout (Miyamoto et al., 2017) [1] bundle structure. Since complete mice NRG1type are embryonically lethal, have usedNRG1type (+/-) mice's sciatic nerves these experiments.
